How To Trim Your Dog's Nails


Cutting your dogs nails can be a terrifying thing to do especially if it is your first time. It’s important that you make it a positive experience for you and your dog by teaching your dog to relax. The first thing to do is to calm your dog. Speak soothingly with a soft tone and tell him things like “you’re fine” and “good boy”. Avoid saying “it’s ok” as it makes them anxious. But before that, let’s find out how important it is to get your dog's nails trimmed and how to do it properly. What tools and techniques should you use and how would you prepare?
